About ACSS Journals

The American Computational Science Society (ACSS) publishes over twenty international, peer-reviewed, open access, online journals such as Journal of Computational Science & Engineering, Computational Science Letters, Review on Computational Science, and so on.  The journals of the ACSS embody the mission of the Society "to advance and diffuse the knowledge of Computational Science". We strive to produce journals of the highest quality, and at the same time, to keep our journals accessible to researchers, engineers and students at institutions of all types and sizes, everywhere in the world, through ongoing efforts to reduce production costs and through policies such as reduced-price or free subscriptions for all of individual readers.
     
ACSS cooperates harmoniously with the ACSS strategic partner, The Institute for Computational Science & Engineering, Qingdao University, China, to publish these journals.

The Journals aim to be an international platform to exchange novel research results in simulation based science across all scientific disciplines. It publishes advanced innovative, interdisciplinary research where complex multi-scale, multi-domain problems in science and engineering are solved, integrating sophisticated numerical methods, computation, data, networks, and novel devices. About Journal of Computational Science & Engineering

Journal of Computational Science & Engineering (ISSN 1710-4068) is a peer-reviewed journal that is the flagship journal of the American Computational Science Society and the preeminent journal in the field. This periodical is devoted to the publication of papers of significant original scientific research, plus technology of current Computational Science research in all fields of computational science & engineering, and publishes approximately 12 volumes a year. Published monthly, the journal is concerned with the pure and applied science of computational Science, and also with the development of relevant new technologies.

Computational Science Letters (ISSN 2160-925X) is a peer-reviewed journal that is featured short, important papers, communications and comments from all branches of Computational Science. The aim of Computational Science Letters is to be the world's foremost Computational Science letters journal, providing rapid publication of short reports of significant fundamental research in all fields of Computational Science, technology and application of current Computational Science research. International in scope, the journal provides its diverse readership with biweekly coverage of major advances in Computational Science and cross disciplinary developments. The journal's shorter Colloquia describe recent work of interest to all Computational Science researchers, especially work at the frontiers of Computational Science, which may have an impact on several different subfields.
