Preface
In recent years, the integration of new technologies such as materials sciences, information technology, biotechnology, new energy technology and new materials technology, is triggering a new round of technology innovation and industrial revolution. This is bringing new development chances for human society. In the future decades, the new revolutions will continue to interact with human society in the development of science and technology. The improvement and innovation of the engineering science technology will become the important engine pushing the development of the human society. And the vision of creating a beautiful future for human beings is also an important motivation for engineering science technology development. Scientists, experts and professionals in the engineering technique fields are undertaking this important mission and working hard for the goals.
Coordinating with the 2022 International Conference on Applied Science, Engineering and Technology (ICASET 2022), we published the proceedings. The 2022 International Conference on Applied Science and engineering technology was held at the international academic exchange center of Qingdao University, Shandong Province, China from July 25 to 26, 2022. The conference provided a platform for academicians, researchers, scientists, industrial professionals, and students to unleash their research work and created a forum for effective sharing of ideas to face the future global challenges from the perspective of rising trends in Engineering and Technology. These papers are selected from submitted 94 papers, and have received the instruction and help from many experts, scholars and participants in proceedings preparation. Here we would like to give our sincerely thanks to those who have paid great efforts and supports during the publication of the book.

Abstract: Binzhou city motor vehicle ownership increases year by year, the serious influence produced by the exhaust air quality, this article through the establishment of exhaust emission list, calculation of binzhou city 2016-2020 motor vehicle exhaust pollutant CO, HC and NOX emissions, PM2.5 and PM10, analyses the points in the region nearly five years car motor vehicle exhaust emission situation and trends, It provides numerical basis for controlling local motor vehicle emissions.

Abstract: The academic history and research trends of related research at home and abroad; Compared with the existing research, this topic has unique academic value and application value. The implementation plan of the national vocational education reform issued by the Ministry of education of China puts forward "to carry out the construction of' double high'". the construction contents of colleges and universities in different provinces have their own emphasis, but "international exchange and cooperation" is a common project. Going global provides the international community with "Chinese experience", shows the "Chinese program", enhances the voice and participation of higher vocational education in the world education system, and accelerates the development of running schools abroad and establishing overseas branch schools, which can reflect the self-confidence of China's higher vocational education, and also bear the responsibility of China's higher vocational education serving the national "the belt and road initiative" initiative. As developing countries and educational powers in the Asia-Pacific region, the educational exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia have lasted for a long time. From the period of "learning from the Soviet Union in an all-round way" in the early days of the founding of New China, to the period of cooperation interruption in the context of the Cold War, to the implementation of the "the belt and road initiative" initiative and the docking of the Eurasian Union, Sino-Russian educational cooperation began to develop in a larger scale, deeper level and wider field. However, due to the complicated international situation and different national conditions in their respective countries, there are a series of problems and challenges in many aspects.

Abstract: The reaction system of Ca(OH)2- calcite -CO2 is different from the carbonation reaction of Ca(OH)2 suspension absorbing CO2 to produce ultrafine calcium carbonate. It not only contains the dissolution process of CO2 and Ca(OH)2 solid particles, the chemical reaction of CO32- and Ca2+, but also accompanied by the nucleation process of newly generated nano calcium carbonate on the surface of calcite particles.In this paper, the effects of calcium hydroxide concentration, ultra-fine calcite powder content and gas stirring form in the process of nano-coating ultra-fine calcite powder were investigated. According to different pilot-scale process conditions, the products were prepared and the SEM morphology, specific surface area and particle size distribution were measured.

Abstract: The preparation of composite mineral filler by nano-coating mineral particles by carbonization reaction is of great significance to the production of polymer composites. Aiming at the problems of unstable calcium hydroxide concentration and low utilization rate in the current nano-coated calcium carbonate process, the nano-coated heavy calcium carbonate pilot plant system is improved by designing the "slacking-carbonization" integrated process, which improves the coating effect and production efficiency, so as to prepare nano-coated composite mineral particles with stable performance.

Abstract: For a single inverted pendulum control system, the design method of a class of output feedback H¡Þ controller
and the performance of the robust control are studied, then the H¡Þ controller design is studied for the control system mentioned
above based on LMI optimization, and a sufficient condition is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The designed
controller guarantees the stability of the single inverted pendulum control system, and has good anti-interference ability.
Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Chinese fashion design has thousands of years of cultural history. In the stage of modernization, the
combination of fashion elements and Chinese traditional fashion design elements plays a key role in the development of Chinese
style fashion design. In this process, how to integrate traditional and fashion elements into Chinese style fashion design is a key
problem that should be solved in contemporary times. There are some problems in traditional style fashion design, which still
need to be solved. This paper expounds the concept and techniques of Chinese style clothing design. Dress pattern design has
a long history, extensive materials and rich forms of expression. The design of pattern elements in garment design belongs to a
part of the overall garment design. The purpose of using pattern elements in garment design is to improve the sense of design
and beauty of the whole garment. This paper studies the history and application status of pattern element design in fashion
design, summarizes the classification of pattern design in fashion design, and discusses the innovation of pattern element
design in fashion design.

Abstract: ELISA technology is to adsorb antigen antibody on solid-phase carrier, carry out immunoenzyme staining on
the carrier, and finally use spectrophotometer to judge the color development result of substrate, so as to achieve the purpose of
detection. ELISA technology can detect the quality and safety problems of products in time, so as to deal with them effectively.
ELISA technology has high safety. It can detect livestock products reasonably with less organic solvents. This paper introduces
the principle of ELISA and its application in the quality and safety detection of livestock products, in order to be helpful to the
work of grass-roots inspectors.

Abstract: In 2004, China issued the Trial Measures for Enterprise Annuity, which initially established the enterprise annuity system and gradually became an important part of China's pension insurance system. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the participation of enterprise annuity in someone city's transportation system, this paper reveals the problems of the system in the aspects of personnel composition, operation organization, information disclosure, and supervision and management of the enterprise annuity. And put forward some corresponding suggestions to increase the insurance participation rate of enterprise annuity, and promote the sound and rapid development of enterprise annuity in transportation system.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the industry competition faced by enterprises is also increasing. In order to improve the core competitiveness, apply NC automatic programming technology, shorten the product cycle and strengthen the solution of NC programming post-processing problems, NC technology and NC machine tools have an important industry position, which can realize the automatic and flexible development of mechanical manufacturing industry, This paper briefly describes the relevant theories of NC automatic programming, NC programming and CAD / CAM software programming. Abstract: lignin is a three-dimensional macromolecular compound composed of phenylpropane structural units
connected by C-C bond and C-O bond. Due to its inert structure and the complexity of functional groups, lignin has become
the most difficult material to depolymerize in biomass. Catalytic hydrodeoxygenation technology can depolymerize lignin into
high value-added small molecular compounds. With energy depletion and environmental pollution, there is an urgent need to
find a renewable resource to provide energy and materials needed in production and life. Lignin is a large amount of renewable
resources that can provide aromatic rings in nature. It is an important part of biomass and has great economic value. This paper
mainly discusses the research progress and application of niobium based catalysts in the depolymerization of lignin. Niobium
based catalysts have unique acidity, excellent thermal stability and water resistance. They are widely used in dehydration,
hydrogenolysis, hydrolysis, esterification and alkylation.

Abstract: At present, in the interior of electrical equipment in civil construction sites, most of them have adopted the
conversion of AC to DC power supply. If the low-voltage AC power supply for such loads is changed to low-voltage DC power
supply, it can not only reduce the cost of conductor materials of transmission lines, but also reduce the consumption of insulating
materials, improve the safety level, and well suppress the electromagnetic radiation and interference caused by high-frequency
harmonics in the power grid. This paper discusses this problem.

Abstract: With the rapid development of animal husbandry and breeding industry, the supply of animal products
continues to improve, and the quality and safety of animal products is a vital issue concerned by the majority of consumers.
The quality and safety inspection of livestock products can effectively ensure the quality level of livestock products and improve
the quality of livestock products on the market. With the continuous improvement of the quality and safety detection technology
level of livestock products, the detection level of drug residues and toxic and harmful substances in livestock products is also
improving, and the limit requirements for these substances are becoming more and more strict. If there are errors or deviations
in the quality and safety detection process of livestock products, the product quality may be reduced. This paper introduces
the quality and safety inspection and quality control measures of livestock products, in order to help ensure the quality level
of livestock products. Since the reform and opening up, people¡¯s material living standards have been continuously improved,
and consumers pay more and more attention to the quality and safety of livestock products. This requires more advanced
and accurate technology to detect toxic and harmful substances in livestock products, so as to ensure the safety of livestock
products. The specificity and sensitivity of ELISA technology are relatively high, the detection of soluble antigen antibody system
is relatively reliable, will not produce excessive pollution, and is relatively safe for staff and environment. Moreover, ELISA
technology realizes safety detection by covalent binding of antibody molecules (enzyme molecules), This binding mode will not
interfere with the biological activity of the enzyme. Compared with other time-consuming, laborious and expensive detection
methods, The technology has more popularization value.
