Abstract: A remote temperature control box with STM32 MCU as the system control processor is designed. The temperature and humidity value is uploaded to the cloud platform in real time and has the function of exceeding the limit alarm to realize the remote temperature and humidity monitoring in the industry and agriculture. In this paper, the development status of remote temperature control box technology at home and abroad is introduced. Secondly, the overall design scheme of remote temperature control box is formulated. At last, the hardware design and software design are expounded. SIM800 is used to communicate with the cloud platform and monitor the cloud platform through the real-time upload of temperature and humidity data. In addition, various technical requirements have been completed through physical design, production and commissioning.

Abstract: With the development of society and the improvement of the quality of life, all kinds of food and medicine need to be stored and transported by cold chain incubators, and the requirements for temperature and humidity in the storage and transportation process are very high. Through the investigation and Research on the cold chain transportation, the structure of the incubator, the temperature and humidity monitoring system and the national GSP certification, the overall plan of the design is confirmed, and the design of the hardware, the software design and the design results are described in detail. This system uses STM32 as the main controller, using a high precision temperature and humidity sensor to monitor the value of real-time temperature and humidity, through Bluetooth serial communication to realize data transmission and with alarm function. Through multiple debugging of the system, the value of temperature and humidity can be displayed and recorded in real time, and the history records can be printed by the Bluetooth printer, which meets the national GSP certification and meets the design requirements.
