Abstract: The paper uses input-output method to analyze the energy consumption efficiency of Logistics industry. At first, an input-output model was made by introducing energy consumption. Then, the energy consumption efficiency of Logistics industry in Beijing was analyzed using this model. The results show that direct consumption efficiency and complete consumption efficiency are on the low side in all the sectors; direct consumption efficiency and complete consumption efficiency enhanced from 2005-2010. Based on analysis, some pieces of suggestion were put forward, for example, improving indirect consumption efficiency and direct consumption efficiency of Logistics at the same time.

Abstract: The exact evaluation of the performance of IPR judicial or administrative protection in China is normally done through constructing a IPR protection performance evaluation indicator system which consists of target-layer indicators, task-layer indicators and element-layer indicators. In this article, how to determine the indicators in each layer and their weights in the evaluation of performance of IPR protection is expounded in detail.

J. Comput. Sci. Eng. 25 (2016) 745-751Published  May 25, 2016

Abstract: This paper discussed the practical mechanism of automobile distance measuring device when the automobile is running at high speed. The mechanism successfully utilized the measuring frequency/fixed frequency transmitting principle to achieve the research of project technology. We studied the possibility of technological development of electronic products in automobile industry through the trial on the function and characteristic of automobiles¨ safety travel. The implementation of the entire design can solve the problem of false warning on angle measuring capability in automobile anti-collision system and anti-disturbance in complicated environment in a certain degree. Therefore, the automobile is equipped with better auto control ability when traveling at high speed in forecasting and collision protection.

Abstract: Whether to open area for residents in the end is good or bad can become important factors to implement this goal completely. Using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the influencing factors of road traffic, the evaluation index system of a total of 3 categories, identified 11 indicators, including small opening, road traffic factors influence the results is the largest intersection saturation (up 66.67%), residential location (up 66.67%), followed by traffic crossings and relative delay rate (50% increase) etc.. Within the area of the road within the scope of the operating capacity will be compared before and after the openings of the district, the improvement rate of each index are more than 50%. In the end, the different types of residential areas are compared and found that the more open the intersection of various types of cells, the better the extent of the smooth flow of the surrounding roads.

Keywords: Analytic hierarchy process; Road traffic impact factor; Delay rate; Evaluation index system.
