Abstract:Using the MLP and the RBF, we established QSAR models for anti-cancer activity of 38 compounds in 5 cancer cell lines we established. These compounds are a novel class of anticarcinogen named tricyclic 5:7:5-fused diimidazo [4, 5-d:4¨, 5-f ][1,3] diazepines. The carcinoma cell lines involved in this research are A549 lung cancer, MCF-7 breast cancer, MDA-MB-231 breast cancer, OVCAR-3 ovarian cancer and PC-3 prostate cancer. Descriptors of each molecular were calculated and some optimal were selected for building models. Accuracies of these models based on both methods in training groups and test groups are over 90%, showing perfect predictive ability. These QSAR models indicates that MLP and the RBF are great  valuable in providing guidance for designing and synthesizing of anticancer drugs.

Abstract:As automotive by-wire control technology matures, the electro-hydraulic braking technique in Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) can achieve the goal of ideal braking force distribution in front and rear wheels. In order to discuss the impacts of PHEV driving types on recovery rate of electro-hydraulic regenerative braking, theoretical analyses of PHEV were done on the flat and level road. Then the braking models were established on the platform of Matlab/Simulink and at the same time they were simulated with certain parameters. The results indicate that the four wheel drive (4WD) pattern has higher efficiency than the two wheel drive (2WD) in regenerative braking and that whether the front wheel drive (FWD) pattern is better than rear wheel drive (RWD) pattern in regenerative braking depends on the main vehicle parameters and pavement friction coefficient.

Abstract:Optical MIMO technology of spatial optical communication system is proposed, the characteristics are analyzed and the system modeling is simulated. Optical MIMO technology mainly solves the generated multipath effect of atmospheric channel for the laser signal transmission in space laser communication system, which enhances anti-jamming and anti-fading capability of the system.

Abstract:In the calculation of double integral of function, a simple method is used not only simplifies the operation step, but also is easy to understand. For some special integration region and the integrand in the past, usually in order to achieve the purpose of simplifying integral functions and integration region by polar coordinate transformation; or some integration region and the integrand are directly represented by polar coordinates, we have adopted polar coordinate transformation method. In order to better calculate double integrals of function in polar coordinate, according to the characteristics of the polar coordinate system, this paper under the inspiration of the rectangular coordinate and the conclusions of this thesis, will further promote periodicity and symmetry of double integral of function in polar coordinates, periodic theorem and symmetry theorem proving are given.

Keywords:Double integral; Polar coordinates; Theorem; Proving.
