Abstract:
Three-dimensional model of Rdlβ5 GABA receptor in house Fly was generated with homology modeling, using the nACHR (1OED)
as the template. To get the most reasonable and lowest energy conformation, energy minimization of molecular structure was used in our experiment. Finally,
conformation of the modeled protein was evaluated with ProCheck. Results demonstrated that the percentage of reasonable amino acids in our constructed model is 98.1 %.

Abstract:
This paper has searched the six key influential network group incidents in 2011 in China through SINA Microblog platform, screen the most active Microblog users
who pay close attention to the incidents, their Microblog followers are above 50,000, finally collects 30 Microblog user information by the way of snowballing, form 30*30 ^follow-
be followed ̄ icroblog netizens relationship matrix. Specific to this asymmetric matrix, the authors use UCINET social network analysis software and visual software NETDRAW,
analyze Microblog network structure, network centrality based on network group incidents, and comprehensively describe the laws to release and acquire group incidents under the
mixed network environment of Microblog, combined with the massive Microblog exchange data, to analyze the nonrational b ehavior of the netizens, so as to provide a scientific basis
for setting out the appropriate guiding strategy and interventions.

Abstract:TLR5 recognizes bacterial flagellin mobilizes the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) pathway and triggers inflammatory responses and immunoreactions. However, knowledge of
the binding mechanism between TLR5 and flagellin is very limited. In this study, we apply homology modeling, protein docking, ASA and free energy calculation to probe the binding
interactions between TLR5 and flagellin. First, three-dimensional structure of TLR5 was predicted using homology modeling. Then numerous predicted complexes were generated
by protein docking with ZDOCK. The resulted complexes were clustered and obtained four appropriate complexes, based on experimental information. By examining the stability of
the plausible candidates through unrestrained molecular dynamics (MD)simulations, calculation of free energies and ASAs, together with computational mutagenesis, a final reasonable
TLR5-flagellin complex was identified. In the obtained complex model, TLR5 mainly used its concave β-sheets domains to associate the conserved α-helixes sites of flagellin. Computational mutagenesis and structure analysis characterized that the residues R90, L94 ,Q97 and E114 of TLR5;R392 and D393 of flagellin are most
essential in the binding. These simulation results are in agreement with experimental data, which finally point out that protein docking procedures integrated with free energy simulationmputationa
mutagenesis are powerful tools for modeling protein complexes interactions. |

Abstract:In this paper, the spectral emphasisand the effect of focus on it for disyllabic words in Chinese is analyzed. It is found that, the spectral emphasisof the onsetisgreater than that of the rhyme.
Due to intervocalic voicing, under unfocused condition, the spectral emphasis of the onset of the first syllable is greater than that of the second. Under focused condition, the emphasis degree of the
first syllable is greater than that of the second, and that of the rhyme is greater than that of the onset. |
